American Montessori Association（AMA）

The Montessori Association of America is an educational communication organization integrating theoretical research, academic exchanges, educational practice and the promotion of educational methods. It was jointly established by a group of senior Montessori professors from various countries in the Americas with thoughts, ideals and ambitions, and first-line teachers. They conducted in-depth research, development and elaboration of the Montessori education method; proposed the occurrence and initial development of the Montessori personality psychology; The occurrence and initial development of logic and mathematics; perfect the Montessori personality psychological development theory, go deep into the deep field of children's psychology, study how to make children obtain a truly complete personality state, and create on the basis of Montessori theory and own practice A scientific education system that can be localized in various countries in accordance with the local cultural environment.

We are committed to:

1. Dissemination and development of the principles and methods advocated by Dr. Montessori: to ensure that children’s personality can be normalized after experiencing different stages of development, to promote and popularize scientific Montessori education and preschool education knowledge to the society, Provide consulting services for preschool educators, parents, early childhood education institutions and related personnel;
2, Counseling the establishment of Montessori training institutions to train teachers who are self-conscious, wise, and willing to serve children
3. Provide Montessori teacher training, establish a teacher qualification certification system, and encourage members to promote Montessori's educational philosophy to the general public
4. Establish a standard Montessori model kindergarten and assist in the establishment of a Montessori kindergarten;
5. Formulate Montessori syllabus and curriculum design for kindergartens;
6. Carry out international cooperation and international exchanges;
7. Organize international and domestic academic conferences, create an international preschool education forum, exchange and promote scientific research results and advanced experience;
8. Develop association members, organize members to carry out academic research activities, promote high-quality Montessori education through serving members, and improve the quality of early childhood education
9. Organize the compilation and recommendation of excellent books on Montessori education and preschool education;
10. Cooperate with other groups regardless of nationality, race, or belief, develop education, safeguard human rights and peace
